Are we approaching the end ....

Are we headed for disaster? Is our world falling apart? When you turn on the news these days you can not help but be bogged down in all of the natural or man caused disasters that are going on all around us. Floods, hurricanes, blizzards, earthquakes, tsunamis are becoming more and more predominant and accepted as day to day events. Economic systems around the world are beginning to unravel, wars and threats of wars seem to be on all horizons with no clear end in sight.

Our people seem to be frantically running around in a state of chaos seeking for something to believe in or some form of stability as reflective in our political climate today. In the US political mess it is easy to get lost in the political mumbo jumbo that is tossed out by media counterparts on either of the sides of the two headed snake that is our political machine. It seems as if many are attempting to take the reins and help guide us through this troubling period, many politicians claim to know the answers and what is best, but seem to not realize that they only see the world from their own perspective and are not taking the time to step back far enough to look at the bigger picture of what is really going on in our world today.

Our world is cyclical in nature, everything happens in patterns that always seem to circle back. In today’s climate though to many people are caught up in the power plays of the here and now to look at this bigger picture.
There are many pompous people in our political climate (liberal and conservative alike) who believe they know what is best for the world, and who believe only their ideas are right, and others shouldn't be allowed to think freely.

Those worshiping the science books and educational hierarchies of today have built up a fairy tale in their minds that he was smarter than everyone else (probably a self protection mechanism to justify the life of debt that they have sold their selves into to finance their educations). Notwithstanding the need and accomplishments in the scientific community we have grown so far away from basic understanding and common sense in our theories and teachings that we have drifted into this land of make believe to a place where critical thinking and understanding are chastised if they do not go along with the socially or scientifically crafted thoughts of the day. This chastization includes any spiritual beliefs that may not be fully explainable by science. Within our societies growth in knowledge and understanding it seems that many of our academic elites have came up with the idea that they are to smart to believe in any form of a God greater than themselves, and would even go farther to mock and chastise those that do have such beliefs.

Perhaps if we could take a step back and look at this bigger picture and think outside of the scripted thought process preached down to us through years of memorization in our great educational system, we may be able to have a deeper understanding outside the box that our socially / politically corrected culture has put us in.

People have prophesized about the end of the world for a long time, made different assumptions about the days, etc. But when so many of our ancient cultures align in their prophecies it makes this time in our life very interesting.

For those who are to headstrong to allow themselves to see this from a spiritual perspective, the scientific perspective is just as strong at pointing you in the same direction. If you believe the world was created by some big bang, could it not go down just the same, and if so wouldn't there be some merit in looking at what our scientist have pointed out is going to be occurring around the time of this galactic alignment. And when you look at the fact that every major system we know is collapsing all around us, doesn't that seem to point towards something?

We have cast aside the idea of family, parents no longer taking responsibility for raising their own children, to busy working and taking care of themselves they pass the burden down to society at large to raise their children for them. As this has become commonplace parents vote for laws that take away their liberties in order to help protect their children from the evils of free choices in society, instead of focusing on teaching their children the differences between right and wrong and what they should and shouldn’t to themselves.

The idea of a family (father, mother, children, grandchildren, nieces, uncles, nephews, cousins) is quickly becoming erased from our perspective. Divorce is treated as a pass in the wind, efforts to take personal responsibility and sacrifice in the name of your children are no longer valued or expected as is evident with the trillions of dollars of debt we consider an acceptable act to pass to our children to pay back. The idea of building wealth or leaving the world in a better place to pass on to our children is all but a lost concept, a faint recollection of ideas of past generations.

This occurs not only on the national level, but with our greedy materialistic me, me, me now, now, now society. We have become drones to credit card companies letting them push us farther and farther into slavery and passing that debt/ indentured servitude on to our children. On top of that the rate of single parents has greatly increased, while the rate of people taking their children to church or any act of family meals or time together to help promote values has greatly decreased. Quality family time, a cohesive family unit is something we as a society at large has decided is not important to us in this day and age. If those are not sings that our basic system of family is collapsing I am not sure how you much clearer this could be

And our environment as we know it is shifting. Is it a natural shift, or one cause by humanity and our over zealousness, pollution, and lack of concern for the future and moderation? Or is all of that a part of the natural shift based on the planetary cycles? Either way you cannot deny the natural disasters shifts in climate, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes that have been occurring and will continue to get worse. Our earth is working on readjusting for the new cycle, and it “ain't gonna be pretty.” Will it be an Extinction Level Event, who knows, I have my doubts that the natural disasters in and of themselves will be our demise, but I think they are one of the 4 horsemen that are rushing in.

When coupled with the economic crisis and complete failure of our economic systems at large that is becoming more and more viewed as eminent then I start to worry. The US dollar is basically unstoppable from crashing into oblivion with our current practices. China has given us an official WTF, and students in China laughed atrociously as Geitner tried to tell them that the US dollar should be viewed as a stable currency. With the globalization of the world as we collapse the hurt will be felt globally. As we, all across the globe, are trying to recover and rebuild a financial system, right about the time the earth is going even more crazy adjusting to the solar realignment and or recovering from our reckless consumption of natural resources, hmmm this could get rather tricky., Starting to see this as 2 of the horsemen?

And don't forget about the world of warfare that are currently living in that seems to be on a clandestine path for more and more warfare with no end in sight. And we should consider the fact that most of this warfare world we live in seems to be centered on the middle east. No one can deny the significance of the middle east as the religious center for Christianity, Muslim and Jewish faith. Why else (other than the oil, but we could worry just as much about the oil in Russia, South America, or start drilling more here at home if that was really the case) do we waste all of these resources effort and lives in these wars in these areas. There are genocides going on in Africa, but we don't much seem to care about that, nor is much effort or fuss made by most of the world, but if Israel Sneezes, the world reacts.

So when this holy land wars breaks out in all their fury, battle lines will be drawn as the world reacts. And many believe that it’ss virtually inevitable that we will be seeing the Israel / Iran (or if not that directly some major form of war erupt in the middle east). I watched as Obama read a statement to Iran stating they had "two weeks to comply" sounded a little bit like a story from the Bush administration as I recall.
What I did notice was how not in that speech he was. He looked as if someone was forcing him to read it with a gun to his wives head. He was really giving the WTF am I saying this for, and if one thing Obama is good at its believing in what he is saying, why he is such a powerful public speaker, I don't agree with 90% of what he says, but I do give him "props" for believing. And he definitely wasn't believing that speech. But he is powerless in this New World Order Imperialistic mindset that our United Nations has become, and he knows that “it’s a hard rain gonna fall” in the middle east, and that he is somehow going to have to drag America into it. And this great war erupting while the dollar is collapsing, while mother nature is resetting, sounds like the distant galloping of 3 horsemen to me.

Where do we look for the 4th horsemen? Maybe we should look within the breakdown of the family structure, or the fading away from religion of any type. Maybe the greed that has taken over our mindsets, the lack of personal responsibility that has fallen on our people, or the lack of caring about the future “carpe diem” seems to be the battle cry.
I think thought these are more symptoms of the above problems myself.

Maybe the 4th horseman isn’t the evil of these, instead perhaps we should look to other interpretations where the white horsemen represents the righteousness. Maybe it is this seeded awakening of good people that we now see. Fighting through the shadows, while being mocked for having these ideas that don't fit into our societies ego. Maybe it is those crazies, we have labeled and cast aside for years, still sticking to their guns, and finally people starting to say hmm maybe they were right. Maybe the people who are willing to stand up to their government, and societal norms and say enough is enough.

Of course most people will just cast this aside as more crazy talk, but a wise man was once quoted as saying “Truth is treason in the empire of lies” – Ron Paul. Maybe this is just crazy-talk or maybe people are too busy drinking the political correct / social correct kool-aid and the not so scientific science, that we have been force-fed for so long. Perhaps it is time that we get off our ego’s and start looking at classic wisdom in believing in spirituality or religion to try and understand.
